E-ticket and travel documents

Your travel documents are issued once your booking is paid in full. You can retrieve them here with your reservation number, without waiting for office hours. Print them or keep them on your phone: some hotels and check-in counters still ask for a paper copy.

What you need on hand

  • Your reservation number, the one shown on the confirmation you received by email
  • The main passenger’s name, written exactly as on the passport
  • A valid passport, often required to be valid six months after the return date depending on the destination

When to print your documents

As early as possible, and no later than the day before departure. A ticket printed at the last minute leaves little room if a name is misspelled or a seat has changed. Check names, dates and times as soon as you receive them: a correction is much easier a week before than at the airport.

If something doesn’t work

If your reservation number is not recognized, first check that the balance of your booking has been paid, since documents are only issued afterwards. Otherwise, reach your advisor or the office through the contact page, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Other tools are gathered in the self-service section.

Frequently asked questions

When are my travel documents available?

Once your booking is paid in full. They then appear in the e-ticket tool with your reservation number.

My reservation number is not recognized. What should I do?

Check that the balance has been paid and that you are entering the confirmation number, not the invoice number. If the problem continues, contact your advisor during opening hours.

The name on my ticket is misspelled. Is it serious?

Yes, a name must match the passport. Report it immediately: a correction is often possible, sometimes with fees, but it becomes very difficult the day before departure.

Should I print my documents or is my phone enough?

Keep a paper copy. Many hotels, transfers and check-in counters accept it faster than a screen, and a phone that dies on arrival settles the question the other way.

What if I lose my documents once I’m there?

Contact your advisor, who can reissue them. Also keep a digital copy in your email inbox before leaving.
