Christmas at Walt Disney World: Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and Jollywood Nights

The holiday season has officially begun at Walt Disney World. Two major evening events attract thousands of visitors every year: Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) at Magic Kingdom and Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party: Classic Holiday Magic

At Magic Kingdom, the evening begins under a gentle snowfall as guests receive a Christmas ornament as a keepsake. Complimentary holiday cookies and hot beverages are available, and several rare characters make special appearances, including the beloved Gingerbread Man.

Throughout the night, colorful stage shows are presented in front of the castle, followed by an exclusive Christmas parade. The castle is beautifully illuminated for the festive season, and wait times for most attractions are noticeably shorter than during the day.
